David Wilson Nursery was founded in 1981 by David Wilson in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. David began with a small amount of capital and a large dream of building a landscape design and build business. With some luck and a lot of hard work, the business grew and incorporated in 1984. The addition of the "Cabin" in 1984 was a monumental milestone in the growth of our business. From this cabin grew ideas and plans that lead to additional growth and the formation of a new partnership in 1993 along with additional buildings in 1994. As with many businesses, we could only have experienced this success with the support of our loyal customers. Through our growth we have successfully added a garden center. We are proud to offer some of the best selections of collectibles and unique items in the South. With the approach of the new century, we experienced some dramatic changes. We have changed our name to Willow Ridge Garden Center & Landscaping and the leadership of the company has shifted from a single person's vision to a partnership of cooperative visions for our future. We have been recognized along our journey as a national Garden Center of the Year, and we are grateful for this recognition that we are privileged to receive. We have always worked hard to earn your respect and trust. As we expand further into the greater Knoxville area, we will continue to prioritize your needs in order to be successful together.
